Mitch Elrod has 26 years in the Life & Health industry. His background affords him extensive knowledge of self-funding and other financial mechanisms, benefit design, plan administration, provider network, contracting arrangements, compliance/regulatory, benefits communication, enrollment strategies, and technology.
He has helped 100’s of companies under 1000 employees, research, arrange, educate and implement Health and Welfare plans. He has served on multiple insurance advisory boards helping to guide product designs and procedures.
Since 1992 he has served in many roles from an agency owner to Practice leader of an Oregon Human Capital Practice, at a global consulting firm, where he focused specifically on group employer benefits, communication, wellness and enrollment technology solutions.
