Mark loves the challenge of helping companies who are frustrated with increasing benefit costs, tired of keeping-up with compliance & concerned about employee’s health!  After years of developing sustainable benefit strategies for companies – including creative solutions towards preventative health and wellness programs – it is an inspiration to work closely with companies who want to actually deliver these programs and create real change in the workplace – one employee at a time.

Since 1995 I have been researching, arranging, negotiating & implementing employee benefit programs for growing companies in the Northwest.  In addition, I help develop preventative health and wellness programs from the ground up – first by listening to the needs of each workplace – and then by delivering authentic solutions that inspire change and are truly valued by employees.  Additionally, my industry experience ensures these programs are sustainable and financially viable for growing companies as they promote increased safety, productivity, culture, retention and attract talent to the organization.  Keeping employees healthy is simply good business.  And keeping employees healthy, grounded, mindful, inspired towards self-care and helping them step into their full potential is great business.

A graduate of Hawaii Pacific and Portland State University in business management, and an honorable discharge after 4 years serving in the USMC, Mark enjoys watching his kids at their many sporting events, along with coaching, speed golfing, running and hiking.
