Kelly Rose, Employee Benefits Consultant
Kelly Rose, benefits consultant with Strategy Insurance, has over 18 years experience in the employee benefits arena providing consultative services to a broad array of clients. Her focus is working with small to mid-market sized employer groups structuring benefit plan designs for both the fully and self-insured markets. She works closely with a number of vendors and insurance carriers along with our internal service team facilitating and streamlining effective and efficient placement of insurance services and benefits.
Prior to Kelly’s work in employee benefits, she worked with a premiere third-party marketing firm giving her exposure in the annuity, securities, and supplemental retirement areas. In addition to her experience in financial services, her background also encompassed human resources, marketing services, management, and administration. Kelly lends her blend for detail and customer service and sales in her new benefits consultant role.
Kelly attended the University of Oregon. She has also held a Life and Health insurance license since 1992 and participates in Business Networking International leadership roles.

A rare native Oregonian, Kelly enjoys entertaining and throwing themed dinner parties, hiking and exploring the great outdoors, travelling with her husband and gardening. She also enjoys a competitive game of ping pong and softball every now and then.
