along with your needs.
Benefits Exclusive To Current OMPA Members
- Dental covers for any dentist -- subject to usual customary and reasonable charges
- 100% of prevention in network dentists -- deductible is waived
- 80% of prevention out of network dentists -- deductible is waived
- 80% Basic procedures -- type 2 procedures
- 50% Major services -- type 3 procedures
- $1,000 maximum benefit per calendar year -- $50 deductible applied towards type 2 and 3 services
One Year Wait On Major Services Without Prior Dental Credit. With groups that have a current $1,500
maximum yearly benefit we have competitive plans with that benefit option.You Must Be An OMPA Current Member To Participate In The Insurance Program. If your membership
with the OMPA lapses your insurance will be terminated with a 60 day advance notice.
